Short delivered meat at Meat World

We just bought a hindquater from the Germiston branch and we are with this branch for over 5 years where we always buy all our meat for the whole month. The hind was advertised as 89 kg and was cut and packed for us and when we received the meat my son asked if this is everything and was told that it is everything and when we got home we weighed it and found 10 kg missing If this is how they treat there long standing customers and short delivered to their customers
