Poor customer service

On the 30th of DECEMBER 2023 I made an online purchase for raw meat, the purchase was for R800 but unfortunately on the 31st of DECEMBER evening I needed to use the meat but to my surprise it was rotten. I did contact them to let them know what I have encountered but they told me to wait they will get back to me. I had to call them back on the 1st of January 2024 to get feed back, the gentleman I spoke to told me he has spoken to his superiors and there’s nothing they can do as I reported the matter a day later. I didn’t know that if I buy from them I needed to keep an eye on their product. I even sent them pictures so they could see what they have given to me. I don’t think what happened was a mistake, they were not even surprised or tried to rectify their mistake, they just didn’t care. I did try to reach out to hello Peter and report this but I didn’t get a response in time that is why I’m trying again. I really need assistance so I can get my money back from HLOPHE BUTCHERY, I did tell them I will go public with this matter but they couldn’t care less. I still have the pictures of the product sold to me and their receipt.
