Off cut ribs are just fat

I bought some meat .. like I do every month from meat world in edenvale . I bought what is called marinated rib off cuts. I am so disgusted it is just fat.. I spent over 100 on this and it can't be eaten.. things are so expensive and now I have to throw away a 100. Very upset and disappointed.
