Most unfriendly unhelpful service

I sent my dad and son to collect meat at meatworld boksburg 25/3/2020 ,it was packed with people streaming in and out.. i couldn't go myself because of an operation..

The previous day i phoned and requested a hind Quarter and a lamb.. only to realize the full lamb was never given but actually charged for... i have taken it up with them but no luck. they just refuse to either supply the meat. 2 days later i received a message from them apologizing for the inconvenience and the lamb is ready. upon phoning them they started arguing and saying the message was not meant for us.

i have even sent them my adress to come and have a look thru my fridges.. THERE IS NO LAMB and i must accept that i just thru almost R2000 down the drain.. the only response I got was my son and dad pushing a small trolly with all the meat (hind quater) out.. i have requested more footage and got told they not playing the middle Man anymore.

is this the service we receive from meatworld?
