Meat world double charge

Was at Meat World Jackal Creek Corner When paying their counter card transaction machine hanged after taking my card pin So lady went no she needs to redo the transaction So she re do it on the machine and it hangs again But I get the messages the transaction went through But she then insist it did not go through and she must do it on another card machine She promises it will be resolved so we do another transaction on their other card machine Now just over week later I can see 2 transactions had gone through So I go to meat world and they then say sorry not their problem I must go to my bank and get them to reverse the transaction

It was your Banking system that hanged and now it is my problem to resolve

So I guess no more meat world for me
