Meat meets quality

In my youth years, I used to see meat blood on butcher's floors and counters , butcher personnel with blood stained uniforms, discolored meat and uncontrolled flies in most butchers around the old "EAST RAND" and now known as Ekurhuleni. Later, a newspaper article reported a butcher in Johannesburg CBD where dogs were loitering on the meat laid on the store floor due to lack of storage. This brainwashed me into believing that was a butcher's only standards. This was till I stumbled upon a game changing Meat World branch in Springs. This is where I got to see the total opposite of what I've been experiencing in other butchers. Here, I found meat packaged in a presentable manner, no meat blood visible in the store and on their store front staff. I also started shopping at the Boksburg branch and later the Edenvale branch. Lately I shop at the Alberton branch and I am hooked by their high meat quality, store cleanliness, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I can comfortably say that Meat World is where good quality meets meat and meat products.
