Lamb ribs off

I am so frustrated. Bought my monthly meat at meatworld meadowdale mall. We decided gonna braai there were marinated lamb ribs for over R140 put it on the braai and after cooking realized its off. Dogs wont even eat it. So now its meant almost a full bag of briquettes and our time and energy wasted.i am so cross. Have had to dig out other meat out.
