Horrified! Plastic found in meat from MEAT WORLD EDENVALE

On the 20th July, I went and purchased pet mince from MEAT WORLD EDENVALE JOHANNESBURG to cook for the 6 dogs I feed. I have always bought all my meat from this specific store and never had a problem until then. In the pot I added one packet of pet mince and one packet of the clean bones I had in the freezer (also purchased from Meat World Edenvale) and water. Once the food was cooked and cooled down, I began dishing up for the dogs - 3 dogs that live on the property, 1 dog of my own, one dog I babysit and 1 foster puppy of 10 weeks old. To my disgust, I found plastic in their food. I was horrified and absolutely terrified of the thought of vet bills for 6 dogs if they had ingested this plastic that was in their food. I picked it out, but I was still too scared to feed it to them so I threw it all away. The dogs were so looking forward to their warm meal during a cold front. Very disappointed in my local shop. I did send them an email and they had responded back asking for my cell number as they’d like to get in contact with me and apologies but I have not heard anything since. Please think twice about buying food there again.
