Give me what I'm prepared to pay for.

On Sunday I bought three packets of tripe(afval) at Alberton Meat World. Two of the packets were 'ok'. The third packet was a waste of money That packet only had fat. There was no way, I could try to cut around to save some meat. Also what I observed with the other two packets there is fat pieces at the bottom and the better looking tripe on top. (Probably this is done to deceive the customer) Thinking we getting a certain amount of tripe. I was really disappointed
