Employees at Meat World Smoking Cannibis Casually in Uniform.

I was in absolute shock when I did my usual shopping at Meat World Krugersdorp last week. I had to park my vehicle farer then usual. And there were standing 2 gentlemen ,employees of Meat World smoking cannabis. I have taken this up with the owner which said their policy are zero tolerance however I saw the very same young man still working there today which was Sunday. I couldn't see the other partner in crime.The owner himself said he saw them standing farer from the shop then usual and he also found it strange. Im sorry but this cannot be allowed not even to consider the employees risk but also the meat and products produced for clients. It is definately not legal to have it on you other than at your house but still then. And if an employer is okay with such conduct id rather take our business somewhere else. I also confirmed with the owner if they do random drug test,which they are legally entitled to and he said no. If we allow this conduct what's next. Do the do ******** checks. I requested the owner for this to remain strictly confidential as they will definitely remember my face as I had made a remark. These days you can never be sure. Next our church is up in flames.
