Disgusted with the service

I am unhappy with the service I got from Madeleine at Meat World Elardus Park. First of all as someone working with customers your approach towards the customer should be right, she doesn't know how to greet her customers. We asked for a monthly pack, and she had the nerve to if we wanted the monthly pack now (No we want it Xmas) When we asked her to cut the chicken and put the packs in 500g packs, as we request every month, she gave us a sarcastic laugh. When we received our monthly pack she didn't cut the chicken and the meat was cut into big pieces. We got home to find out that she didn't pack in our 1kg beef stew. We got to that Meat World every month buying the same monthly pack and we never had a problem before. Lastly I did send a complain to Meat World Head Office via their website on Monday 04 November 2019 and no response up to today 08 November 2019.
