Bandage wrap found in meat bought at Meat world Sam Ntuli

So disappointed I bought lamb ribs from Meat wold Sam Ntuli, After cooking it I found a used large piece of a bandage wrap. I took a bit of the rib full of fat only to find out that fat is a layer of used bandage. I had to pull the bandage out of my mouth. So sad, I do not even know how to describe this
