BAD SERVICE

MEAT WORLD - MEADOWDALE

i visited your shop twice in a row and i don't understand how you train your staff!!! the first time i though it was just me , but when it happened the second time i thought this has to be wrong

the same person who touches the meats ( pork , lamb , mince etc ) uses the same gloves to pack biltong and when i move from the far end of the fridge to the other far end and get some thing else i get ****ped at for asking someone else to help me

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THE PERSON WHO PACKED MY OTHER MEAT MUST ALSO PACK MY BILTONG AND MARINADED MEATS AS WELL ????

YOU DON'T HAVE SIGNS STATING THIS !!!! WHEN I DO MOVE FROM ONE SECTION TO ANOTHER AND THERE IS AN ATTENDANT STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING THEY CANT HELP EVEN THO THEY HAVE STARTED TO HELP ME THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME IN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE COMES RUNNING AND SHOUTING THAT THEY CANT HELP ME !!!!

SO BASICALLY , THE SAME PERSON HELPS ME IN THE BULK SECTION MUST COME OUT OF THE COLD ROOM AND COME PACK MY BILTONG LEAVING OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING IN A QUE THEN COME STAND AT THE TILL AND CHARGE ME AS WELL !!!!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BAD SERVICE.....
