Bad meat sold as Bulk sale

Bought a packed bulk Brisket today at Boksburg MeatWorld by the shelves at R69.99 per KG. Upon arrival at home I saw that the pieces underneath are brown in colour and not red as per top pieces. MeatWorld, stop selling bad meat under pretence that it is cheaper. I will never buy your bulk packaged meat again.
