Bad meat

I bought meat at Meat World so old it's green. Could not see through Wrapping material, but when I open the meat it was green and stinking. When you ask for meat to be cut they give you meat from the shelf, where they keep the old meat, on the right side of the shop near the entrance. If you send an inspector to the shop, there will always be bad met on that shelf.
