Rude, Unprofessional Thandekile at Meat Way Butchery Protea Glen.

On the 06th Jan 2025 I had gone to meat way butchery to make a purchase. Whilst paying, the lady had made a mistake and forgot to charge one item. Then a woman by the name of Thandekile very rudely started shouting at the cashier lady whilst I the customer watched. The cashier lady then charged and handed me the speedpoint machine. whilst processing the transaction and my card inside the machine, Thandekile rudely demanded that I hand over the machine with my card which I refused saying I am waiting for the transaction to complete and remove my card then had over the machine. She stared shouting at me and making all sorts of irrational demands. I was sooo... appalled and knowing the people at meat way and how they have always operated professionally this was so perplexing. She needs to be taught how to deal with customers or better yet be shown the door because she sure knows nothing about customer care.
