Supervisor at the point of sale including her line manager needs training

I was so disappointed to the supervisor at the point of sale including her line manager who is a white lady. They were forcing me to sign merchant copy EFT sleep and it stated clearly that "no signature required". They still stuck on the old process where every customer using a bank card had to sign. The new law doesn't allow all customers to sign hence the slip says "no signature required". There are some bank cards like your "RCS, CREDIT CARDS" that will request for signature. Hence when we even collect bank cards at the bank, they don't require customers to sign at the back of their bank cards anymore like they used it. Customers signature is confidential. Please make sure you get info before you get your self into trouble.

One thing that disturbed me from the experience I had at meat to ocean . The lady who is the supervisor credited my things and gave me cash and told me I won't buy from them since I was refusing to sign. She took back the biltongs I was buying and literally told me to leave their shop.
