Really Really bad customer service we have never ever before been treated with such hostility

After battling since Thursday to speak to a decision maker and with promises they would phone me back ,I decided to take the meat with me when going into the butchery ,George the owner was extremely hostile and refused to refund me for the meat I returned ,I will never buy from them again
