Please be aware of a con artist operating mainly in the Durban and surrounding area. He is also believed to be operating in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and East London.<br> <br> He is apparently at present operating in the Hillcrest and Kloof areas of Durban.<br> <br> This persons name is Reece Scott and uses a number of Company names, namely Meat Corporation SA, Tender Cut Meats, Cara Beef ,Menomate cc and several other names.<br> <br> He uses a number of email addresses but mainly uses the email addresses of:<br> <br> [Email Removed]<br> [Email Removed]<br> <br> He goes to Companies and restaurants etc and advises them that he is in the meat retail business and can provide meat to the businesses and restaurants at a good price. Once he has convinced the companies he advises them that he requires an upfront payment for the meat orders. Once payment has been made he either delivers some of the order with the promise to supply the rest of the order or he doesn't deliver the order at all.<br> <br> He has no registered businesses in his name but operates as a sole trader.Reece further charges VAT on his invoices but he is not registered for VAT. He has a girlfriend named Cara Scott, not his wife.
