Security Customer Service

The security lady by the EXIT door (dark-ish in complexion, big boned, wears red and black uniform) is extremely rude. She needs to check her attitude before she loses her job. Please take her back to training for customer service. She yells and clicks her tongue at customers exiting. I am disgusted and will continue to report to Hello Peter for as long as her attitude does not change. FIX THIS!!!!
