Rude security and supervisor

<p>We went inside the store and waited for my husband. It was raining so he came inside with an umbrella. Instead of asking him to hand it in the security guard stormed him and tried to grab it while saying he must hand it in. My husband refused and entered the store. The supervisor then shouted at him to leave her store. My mother-in-law and myself started to shop and the other security told me that we can shop but they will not allow us to pay if he doesn't hand it in. I can understand if that is their rules but firstly, there are no sign at the door stating it and secondly the whole attitude of the guards and thirdly there is no safe place to leave umbrellas as all umbrellas are put together in a shopping trolley outside the door so how do they keep track of it?</p> <p>If one star wasn't required I wouldn't have given it. Used to love shopping there but after this experience no thank you.</p> <p> </p>
