Poor handling of customer complaint.

On the 05th January 2016, I bought chilli braai wors from Meat 2 Oceans, Tshwane Market in Pretoria. The wors tasted funny (more like spoilt) when cooked and my customers were returning their ordered food. I decided to make the management of Meat 2 Oceans aware of the situation, however, I was met with hostility, insulted, called names like \I am a *****"";000 a week in this store and found it very unprofessional and ****** of Steve Quinn and his management team to treat me that way and in front of other customers and their staff. Probably;a white person was not going to be treated the same for laying a complaint. I decided to put it here to alert other customers on how Meat 2 Oceans treat their customers when they complain legitimately."""
