Mean Wraps - mean and rude attitude

I was referred to Mean Wraps for decals on my Jeep. I was dealing with a designer. I was told to book with \director"";nobody there knew about my appointment as Steven left and didn't inform any of his staff. The designer left to buy Macdonalds. I then waited for the designer. Upon his arrival he was not expecting me. He asked one of the staff \""do we have matt black vinyl\""? We had an appointment..surely they should have planned?! Upon phoning Steven he was rude and living up to his name \""mean\"". He is very unprofessional and have no idea about customer service.He rudely said that the car should be there and that it takes two hours. Which I knew and came at the arranged time. He said \""well I had an emergency appointment\"". Should one not then reschedule with the client? I might not be a large company branding my car"
