Meal in a box, based in Malmesberry, took my order of R 2400. I paid via EFT. I was promised delivery since Monday. After following up several times, empty promises and excuses were made. Day after day. 3 days later there is no reply, no answer to my calls. I know get sarcastic messages in return with still no commitment in delivery. I have requested a full refund with an immediate transfer, which also they have excuses for as that is not how their "system" works.
