2 Weeks Delayed Refund

I am having a problem with meal in a box

They canceled our wedding with them which is on the 3rd December 2022,they canceled on the 29th September 2022,their credit note states they will pay 7th October today is the 20th and still no payment has reflected, and they said they having technical issues with their banks but for 2 weeks that cannot be right, they are rude via email and threatening me with their legal team because i advised if i do not get a proper response form them ill go onto the social media platform, yesterday i posted on their fb page as they are no longer respoding via mail, and they blocked me from their page. Still awaiting my payment of - +20K and still no feedback from them on mail.
