Terrible service 😞 from MDV development
MDV development builds poor quality houses. We bought a house last year at Klarinet Witbank already regretting because tiles are coming out, short circuit breaker, geyser is leaking, roof is leaking. Everything is a mess and it's not only me everyone is having problems with these house. And worse by the time we move to our house we were already owing municipality we tried to ask MDV development to help they refused hence we're still struggling to pay all the amount. I wouldn't recommend them to someone who is looking for the house

We have many satisfied clients staying in their houses for many years. The standards and processes followed by MDV within the Klarinet development is exactly the same as in any other part of the country with close monitoring and adherence to quality when building a new house. MDV’s warrantees and guarantees are clear and sufficient to deal with any issues the new homeowner might have. Please contact our office via email *** with a detailed snag list so that our qualified project manager can access and provide feedback. Municipal accounts are for your account from date of transfer of the serviced stand into your name, MDV contributed towards the application fees and deposits payable to the Council for the installation of the new water and electrical meters and assisted you with the opening of your initial municipal account - any further account queries related to your municipal account must be taken up with the Council directly.
