Substandard Property Development

I decided to buy a free standing house at Chief Mogale Ext 2 and boy am I sorry. The property is worth +/- R600000. It all started with being handed over a brand new house that had dirty walls and yard which was dirty and full of ****s on the 8th of June 2019. The door frames are *****et and The windows don't close properly which results in dust seeping through into he windowsill and through the gapping doors. I had a wall pipe leak within a week after my geyser was connected. The geyser valve was leaking and had to be replaced. The ceiling is damaged by water mark leaks I was assured that it would repaired before my keys were handed over. One of the bed room lights has a buzzing sound when the light switch is on. The water pipes rattle when I close some of the taps. I completed a snag list after the house keys were handed to me. Selective repairs were done. The structural damages were not repaired. The water gutters are not fitted properly as the yard was not leveled. My house has a drive in entrance, which I could not use as the entrance was too small, my car would not fit. The list of flaws for this property developer is endless. They were all about making a quick buck and not delivering quality houses.
