Problem with everything (roof leaks,pipe burst,door crack,
Guys please don't buy any property from mdv development,there's always an issue when it come to their property,they said they fix the door,roof but it still leaks when you tell them they say their warrant is 1year.they bring their unqualified people to fix the issue,but after that you experience the same issue same spot.p PLEASE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DONT BUY THEIR PROPERTY ESPECIALLY WILFORDON IN ROODEPOORT

Pse allow us to reply.
A detailed snag process is available whereby any default material and or workmanship are reported on site in Wilfordon. This has been explained to you in detail during handover and occupation of your new house. All snags are monitored and repaired as and if necessary, by the developer on site. Those snag lists then have to be signed off as being completed by our clients after it was attended to. All your snag lists of 09/07/23, 23/10/23 and 19/12/23 were signed off by you - pse take note only once did you report a roof leak (19/12/23) and that was also signed off.
