Mdv 🚮🚮🚮🚮
Mdv is every homeowners worst nightmare. Cheap material is used to construct these houses. Houses are cracking and they are not even a year old. We have outstanding municipal bills that they don't want settle. They don't even deserve one star. If I could give a better rating I would definitely rate the - 1.!!!!! Their service is non existent. The have zero compitancy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEVELOPER. WORST DECESION I MADE WAS TO BUY PROPERTY IN WILFORDON

MDV has successfully delivered more than 10 000 houses to the affordable bonded market over the past 18 years. A very competent and experienced professional team including engineers, electricians, plumbers, builders and project managers ensure quality houses as per agreed design and material list specified when you purchased your house. Constant and detailed inspections and ultimate signoff of any new house being constructed by MDV are done by amongst others a NHBRC Inspector (where any new house is enrolled for a 5 year structural guarantee), a Bank valuator (appointed by the Bank that granted the building loan ensuring construction and materials adhere to strict bank requirements), Local Building Inspector (That approved building plans and make sure houses are constructed according to approved plan and industry regulations) and the appointed structural project engineer. (Signing on the dotted line confirming construction was done according to design and requirements). With all these checks and balances in place, constructing a substandard house not complying to many preset standards and regulations, is simply not possible. As communicated throughout the project, you as the registered owner is responsible for your municipal account with the Council from date of registration of the stand into your name apart from well documented responsibilities such as water usage during construction, water and electrical meter connection costs that is for the developers cost. These costs have been paid by the developer and proof provided to you, please visit our onsite office where more details as to what you are responsible for (Municipal wise) is available.
