Complaint
I have purchased a house from this company in January 18 2023 they promised that we house will be done in may. Now it’s end of July , August just about to start we went to see the house they didn’t even build the foundation

They even lie that we start paying if we have not occupied the house now the debit order is in and we still have to pay rent samewhere while bought a house in January now it’s July nothing to show they said we will occupy the house 1st of may

24 Jul 2023, 13:01As you are well aware, you signed an offer to purchase a serviced stand and project management agreement authorizing MDV to construct a new house on your stand once transferred into your name. Timeframes for the construction and delivery of your new home is clearly defined and agreed in the signed project management agreement. You signed the purchase agreement on 18 January 2023 and the serviced stand registered into your name on 26 June 2023. Construction of your new house is well under way and delivery will take place within the agreed timeframes. We understand your eagerness to take occupation of your new house but please allow MDV to perform within the timeframes agreed contractually.
