Paying for 40 Mbps but Receiving Only 6 Mbps – No Resolution After One Month I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Mdukazi Projects. I paid R250 for a “no waiting period” installation and then paid R450 for a 40 Mbps upload and download internet package. However, since activation, I have not received the service I paid for. Instead of the advertised 40 Mbps speeds, my connection typically delivers only around 6 Mbps download and approximately 2 Mbps upload. This is far below the package specification. I reported this issue about a month ago, shortly after making payment, and have followed up several times. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved. I have received poor customer service, inadequate communication, and no meaningful progress toward resolving the fault. I believe it is unfair to charge customers for a service that is not being delivered as advertised. I am requesting: 1. Immediate resolution of the speed issue and delivery of the 40 Mbps service I am paying for; or 2. Appropriate compensation/refund for the period during which the service has not met the advertised speeds; and 3. Compensation or a service credit for the inconvenience caused by the prolonged delay and poor customer service. I have been patient and have given the company sufficient time to resolve the matter, but after a month without a solution, I feel compelled to raise this complaint publicly. I have screenshots proving the poor service and slow speeds. I requested management feedback and a turnaround time, but was told they are waiting for an engineer due to a hardware issue. After a month, the problem remains unresolved. Poor communication and delayed responses have resulted in unacceptable service, and I am not the only customer experiencing these issues. I look forward to a prompt response and a resolution.
