MOLEMA DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Molema Security and Training. After completing my security grades (E, D, and C) and paying for certification, I was unable to obtain my PSIRA certification because the office claimed my school didn't submit my grades. When I reached out to Molema Security, the receptionist initially told me they had system issues and asked for my details, promising to contact me back. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I was given the same excuse, and the receptionist became rude when I expressed my frustration. To make matters worse, I also sent an email detailing my issue, but I never received a call or response. It seems they lack work ethic, don't keep promises, and don't follow up on commitments. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Molema Security and Training due to their poor customer service and unprofessionalism."
