MDS VISAPAK

My name is Barbara. I have not travelled for many years and I recently had an opportunity from a family invite to go overseas. I had to organize Visas (which I knew nothing about) my time is limited as I work full time, so decided to use a referred company to assist me, MDS Visapak (Century City Cape town). Anyway, they charge a fee for the assistance they provide for the processing of the visa which is fine IF they were helpful and friendly enough. From the beginning to the end I dealt with one of the "SENIOR" consultants who was so miserable had this attitude of hating her job, nearly made us feel like she was angry to have to assist me. Communication was a disaster, took forever to answer my e-mails, and the arranging of the appointments messed us around with times and incorrect documents supp**** from her. She didn't bother to communicate with me regarding details, which then resulted in us having to cancel our trip. Basically, she didn't give a dam about our plans and dates involved. I asked so nicely for step by step assistance to make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible, yet, I found it insulting and very unfriendly and extremely reluctant. I would NEVER again use them or advise anyone else to use them either. Waste of money and cause of annoyance.
