Beware of **** on Investors Contacts.co.za

<p>I was contacted by an "investor company" that responded to my post on Investorscontacts.co.za for assistanace with start up funding for my small business venture.</p> <p>The broker that contacted me was "Randy Gene" from MDS Finance and Legal; ********** and cell: ********** . We signed a NDA thereafter I was requested to send Randy my comprehensive business plan with a 5 year financial forcast, which I did. The communication and response from Randy Gene and MDS Finance was consistant. After a host of questions on mmy business plan and financial forecast I was ionformed by email that company was considering my proposal for an Investor. A few days passed beofore I received another email congratulating me on a sucessful application, and that the company would invest in my business for a persiod of 5 years for the amount I requested, with the first 12 months as a payment holiday. The normal interst rates were app**** to the contract that was duly signed by the Investor, MDS Finance and Legal and myself.</p> <p>Thats when the inbesselment started. I was send an invoice contract fees followed by a string of invoices that needed to be paid to get my investment paid. The fees payable had to be paid into JACO Iports and Export and BMG Holdings who held a FNB account. </p> <p>I have paid close R2million for this investment with no payment.</p> <p>I have opened a ***** case with the police and have tried contacting Interpol without sucess.</p> <p> </p>
