Rude Management

On arrival, there was a mix up with the reservation. The owner screamed at us before we could even query what the issue was, and only apologised after I said I would review her badly. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6.30 to 9.00. Due to the shortage of space and ( and recources, it seems), we got breakfast started at 9am. We still had to wait for it to be prepared. We were obviously delayed in checking out as a result, but we were only given 30 minutes extra to check out. After our stay, via another review, it was indicated that they could not cope with the number of guests that we booked (6 adults, 3 children and one infant)<br> <br> After reviewing Mdoni Guest Lodge on TripAdvisor, the owner **** in her response that I had arrived with \60%"more guests than indicated in the booking and that I **** about where I had travelled from.
