Constant unnecessary calls and smses and emails

<p>We are receiving constant badgering from MDC with regards to an account from NHLS which was paid years ago, my husband emailed a lady in last week to ask what was going on and she said there was a glitch in your system and she would make sure that it was seen to but obviously it wasn't as my husband is still receiving constant smses.. if this is not sorted ASAP I will have no choice but to contact the Ombudsman and report the company!!!! </p>
