Well my case is still ongoing

Well my case is still ongoing. They are still in the process of assisting me with my credit profile. However, they’ve been very responsive and keeping me in the loop as to what’s the status of my case and what are the successes they’ve had this far and the challenges they are having. So, I like that about them.
