very bad service

good morning I would like help from anyone can help me get my money back from Mdalisu – Financial Services, I spoke to an Agent who helped me to explain how they work to remove the flag on my name. I then gave her my details for her to check how much it would cost before I agree to sign a contract. I then decided not to sign the contract with them but the decided to deduct the money on my account without any signed contract. when I call them to reverse my money back and they refused to pay my money back.
