Useless service

I signed up with you in May and you debited first instalment of R1500 last month and I have never heard from you since signing up. You dont answer whatsapp message and emails. I first spoke with SBU,who was so friendly when wanting me to sign up there after ignores emails. Sbu who will ask for documents which you already provided over and over and over again. I was then referred to Slindile Mkhize who is also ignoring calls and whatsapps.... R1500 is alot of money and I regret why I took this up coz have received ZERO help..... I also think and beleive they are not helping they just needed me to agree. Even now as we speak. I am on a chat alone for almost an hour. I want to cancel this useless service
