Useless and empTy promises

I signed up with you in May and you debited first instalment of R1000 last month and I have never heard from you since signing up. You dont answer whatsapp message and emails. I first spoke with qhawe,who reffered me to Anele nene who was so friendly when wanting me to sign up there after ignores emails. on whatapp you will only get a greeting saying you are speaking to mkhize Nthepane selinah, andile bheja, thulisile msana then you chat alone. If you do not get a mbatha sthabile. who will ask for documents which you already provided over and over and over again. R1000 is alot of money and I regret why I took this up coz have received ZERO help..... I also think and beleive they are not helping they just needed me to agree. Even now as we speak. I am on a chat alone for almost an hour. I want to cancel this useless service
