Unsatisfactory service.

I was placed under debt review by some debt counsellors. I then found Mdalisu through a lady called Nokwanda on Facebook. She works for the company and she explained the process to me said it would take 6-8weeks to get the debt review flag removed from my credit profile. After completing the application process I was then told that the process would actually take 6 months. I was okay with that because that was also the amount of time it would take for me to pay for the removal. Now, the issue was that one they would promise to call me for update and not once did they. I was the one to make the calls and ask for updates. I also used to send emails to a lady named Nothando for updates but after a few emails, she decided to stop responding to my emails. From October I kept hearing the same story about the court order not being granted. The last lady I spoke to in November was Sithabile and she said by the 15th of November I will receive it and it would also be submitted to the NCR. I called again on the 20th of November and a guy named Siphelele now recited a whole poem to me about how I should be patient as they are doing every thing in their power. On the 25th of November the last payment went through and I had still not gotten the court order. Today, it is the 2nd of December and I am still hearing the same thing. My frustration is the lack of honesty and customer consideration. They promise to call back but never do, they **** about the timeline of the whole process, their WhatsApp line is managed by a 2 year old guy name Nkosithandile who responds in slang and broken english. I am so not happy with the service, especially considering how they put their money first as they start tracking the account 2 days prior to pay day incuring you alot of charges. Would I recommend anyone to them? NOOOOOOO!!!!!! I am only stuck with them to see through my process as I do not have money to pay elsewhere. I am very dissatisfied about the whole process. I really hope they do better to other people, because they have already failed me.

I honestly get that courts are full and there could be more delays, but my frustration solely roots from the lack of communication and misleading information.
