Unhappy client

I got a call from this company in December 2021 and I gave them my details. After they sent me the contract I was asked to sign it but I told them I was no longer interested in their services., I had already changed my mind and I never signed it. I told them I wanted to cancel and I was told they needed to deduct at least three times before I could cancel. They started deducting in December and in April I again reminded them that I wanted to cancel. This time I was told before they could cancel zi should first sign the contract. I never did since It made no sense to me. To this day they are still deducting and I'm not sure for what because they are not communicating with me. It's been 7 months now and I wish they could stop this nonsense and refund me. I feel like I'm being ****med.
