Unauthorised Debit Orders by Mdalisu

I have received a horrible service from Mdalisu I accepted their call and gave them my banking details, however I called them after couple of days notifying them that I won’t need their services anymore because there is a company that was already assisting me with my situation.

I called to cancel before signing the acceptance letter or contract but I was notified that I must pay them for two months before I could cancel.

I didn’t understand that but agreed to pay them for two months, after paying for two months I asked them to stop debiting my account because I have paid them as per their demand.

To my surprise, they only cancelled one debit order and the other one is still running on my account to date.

Mdalisu is running a **** and they are ********* in their conduct.

Numerous calls were made and emails sent requesting them to stop debiting my account and refunding me, all in vain.
