I requested cancellation n the agent assured me that my file was canceled. A month later money is deducted on my account. Went to the branch was assisted by Tsepo ( brand manager) told me that i was not going to get a refund as I do not have any proof in writing whereby agent was assuring me that my file is canceled. I went back n spoke to the agent, he again in writing did assure me that the finance cancelled my file but later on came on n told me " we couldn't cancel your file, because i was they were pushing target to reach for the month, so if your file was canceled i was going to be short listed" he's words, in my own understanding ***** was committed n i have the proof in writing. I am going to take my case further. This company needs to be closed down.
