They will take your money and not do the job! No replies to email or calls

I would like to raise a complaint against Mdalisu (www.mdalisu.co.za). I paid them R7500 to process my debt review clearance in 2022. They removed me from Debt Busters and said the debt review flag is now removed which is not true as I am still flagged at banks as under debt review.

This company is taking people's money and not completing the process for what is paid for. When I call Debt Busters, I am now being referred to another debt counsellor (Ngqalisa), who says I have to pay him for me to get the clearance certificate.

This is really frustrating.
