They ****med me my money

I was applying for a loan they said I don't qualify but they did debit order without my right when I went to their office to ask why they did debit order on my bank without me agreeing to it they said I signed contract that I need help with them fixing my credit score I went to their because I did not sign any contract they said they can't refund my I must come back with case number but it will be useless because I won't get my money back they deducted 220 4 times and I need that money please help
