The process took longer than anticipated and I had lost hope but eventually they came through after 6 months…I have learnt to understand that this was because of nature of my debt review which was via a court order

The process took longer than anticipated and I had lost hope but eventually they came through after 6 months…I have learnt to understand that this was because of nature of my debt review which was via a court order. Furthermore, communication from the person in charge of my file was very weak. That’s one area I believe needs improvement because it created frustration on my side. Otherwise, they came through 🥳🥳
