Terrible Servoce
I am extremely frustrated with Mdalisu. They have continued deducting money from my account despite my emails and calls requesting to terminate my contract. I have never received any services from them, yet they still took my money.

11 Dec 2025, 12:02Am not happy at your service, I join you to assist me May 2025 and agreement contract was only for 5months and end September 2025, your service was so Extremely bad I didn't get any help no communication and August I try calling and get this lady Zuziwe Ndwandwe to ask hows the process with my file and she told me that the file is approved from the Court and is now in NCR since then no one call me , I have a serious problem because my last payment was end of September and even now there are still deducting and worst they deduct any time they want now i owe bank because i dont have money in my account am not getting paid anytime . I need solution for this to stop deduct money from my account as i didnt get help from them Very bad company cruel they ***** peoples money and they cant assist us .

11 Dec 2025, 12:15Add on that this person Silindile Mkhize when you call her she don't even answer my calls the service is so bad and she will referred to numbers that is not working please help me to stop debit the money from my account and i went to the bank and they cant stop the debit order they told me service provider Mdalusi can stop the stop order because i dont owe them.
