Terrible service - Pathetic

This is such a bad company i cancelled this service with them but the debit order is still active i tried phoning them no answer i sent an email 7 June no reply. The agent i dealt with via wotsapp is of no help she just keep telling me contact the company.

Please do not USE this company there service is terrible,
