Terrible service

I'm so disappointed at this company, they debit my money from my account every month and I'm on the last month now yet they have done nothing. They promised to assist me after two debits now i'm on the last debit. I called them wanting to cancel they told me they cannot do that. There's no required document i did not send and even signed some from them. The only thing they do is to debit my money. I'm not happy with their service at all
